Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Kevin D. Darnell, 38, of the 4500 block of Walkers Ridge, was charged Dec. 14 with domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and misdemeanor interference with the reporting of a crime. He was released on his own recognizance.

Arie N. Friedrich, 26, of the 2000 block of Laurent Court, was charged Dec. 14 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Juan M. Ponce Sanchez, 27, of the 5600 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged Dec. 14 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Paul D. Larry, 53, of the 2900 block of Goshen Road, was charged Dec. 15 with theft, resisting law enforcement and criminal recklessness. He was released on $5,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Harish Chand, 27, of the 1600 block of Wells Street, was charged Dec. 15 with theft. He was released on his own recognizance. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Paul A. Stytle, 30, of the 400 block of High Street, was charged Dec. 15 with fraud. He was released on his own recognizance. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Gary L. Wakeland, 66, of the 12200 block of East Tillman Road, was charged Dec. 15 with theft. He was released on his own recognizance. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Charles L. Dewey III aka Clee aka Cameron Jones, 24, of the 900 block of West Hamilton Road, was charged Dec. 15 with child solicitation, sexual misconduct with a minor and dissemination of matter harmful to minors. He was released on $115,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Evelyn L. Laster aka Kimberly Williams aka Eveylyn Laster aka Kathy Brown aka Kathy Brownlee aka Pat Brook aka Crystal Parker, 57, of the 5200 block of Gaywood Drive, was charged Dec. 15 with theft. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Lista L. Frye, 24, of the Huntington was charged Dec. 15 with methamphetamine possession, narcotic drug possession and misdemeanor marijuana possession and paraphernalia possession. She was released on her own recognizance. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Korean U. Hogue, 23, of the 4900 block of Wayne Park Drive, was charged Dec. 15 with leaving the scene of an accident with moderate or serious bodily injury and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

James D. Swift aka Marcus Conn, 35, no address given, was charged Dec. 15 with public nudity and criminal trespass. He was released on $5,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Nicholas A. Yoder, 25, of the 10200 block of West Palo Verde Drive, was charged Dec. 15 with auto theft – theft of an entire automobile. He was released on his own recognizance. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Romeko Lewis, 32, of the 4000 block of Central Drive, was charged Dec. 15 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Edward A.L. Hughes, 36, of the 6500 block of Walnut Valley Drive, was charged Dec. 15 with theft. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Bryant D. Lawrence Jr., 22, of the 4100 block of South Anthony Boulevard, was charged Dec. 16 with unlawful possession of a firearm, domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness where defendant shoots a firearm into a building and intimidation. He was being held in lieu of $65,000 bail.

Jacob J. Dean, 21, no address given, was charged Dec. 16 with battery against a public safety official, intimidation and misdemeanor conversion and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Jeffrey E. Stone, 53, of Muncie, was charged Dec. 16 with battery by means of a deadly weapon and two counts of criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.
