Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Lacy R. Hughes aka Lacey Hughes aka Lacey R. Rivers aka Lacey R. Jones, 33, of the 4000 block of Enola Court, was charged Dec. 8 with three counts of methamphetamine dealing, narcotic drug dealing, controlled substance dealing, two counts of maintaining a common nuisance and misdemeanor marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $250,000 bail.

Cameron D. Mikell, 31, of the 3700 block of Smith Street, was charged Dec. 8 with fraud on a financial institution and theft. He was released on $12,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Bethany G. Kinney, 20, of the 5100 block of Fairfield Avenue, was charged Dec. 8 with domestic battery committed in front of a child, neglect of a dependent and misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury and criminal trespass. He was being held in lieu of $6,500 bail.

Maung Alan, 43, of the 2100 block of Drexel Avenue, was charged Dec. 8 with strangulation and domestic battery committed in front of a child. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Christopher M. Phillips, 31, of the 900 block of Elmer Avenue, was charged Dec. 8 with child molesting, possession of child pornography and dissemination of matter harmful to minors. He was released on $15,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

David A. Gasper, 36, of the 2100 block of Brown Street, was charged Dec. 8 with two counts of methamphetamine dealing. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Carrington T. Mahathy, 24, of the 300 block of West Dewald Street, was charged Dec. 8 with battery resulting in moderate bodily injury. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Willie K. Walker Jr., 22, of the 2600 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged Dec. 9 with carrying a handgun without a license, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle to commit the offense and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on $13,250 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Nathan Wilkes IV, 38, of the 1100 block of Tulip Tree Road, was charged Dec. 9 with rape and two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. He was released on $30,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Adam A. Contreras Jr., 27, of the 1400 block of Cass Street, was charged Dec. 9 with intentionally violating a home detention order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Clinton G. Kelly, 34, of the 1900 block of Lima Valley, was charged Dec. 10 with domestic battery committed in the presence of a child. He was released on his own recognizance. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Ronald L. Williamson, 60, of Hobart, was charged Dec. 10 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Anthony Ward Sr. aka Charles Williams aka Terry Ward aka Anthony Dodd aka Antonio Ward, 56, no address given, was charged Dec. 10 with auto theft – theft of an entire automobile and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Jose A. Vargas Jr., 50, of the 2400 block of Woodard Avenue, was charged Dec. 10 with invasion of privacy and operating a vehicle after being judged a habitual traffic offender. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Michael A. Priester, 22, of the 700 block of Steinman Drive, was charged Dec. 10 with rape, battery with bodily injury, confinement, sexual battery and misdemeanor interference with the reporting of a crime. He was released on $25,750 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Cordarro M. Hughes, 33, of the 1100 block of Osage Street, was charged Dec. 10 with narcotic drug dealing, controlled substance dealing, carrying a handgun without a license, operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life, narcotic drug possession, methamphetamine possession, marijuana dealing and controlled substance possession. He was being held in lieu of $127,500 bail.

Rigoberto J. Gayheart, 31, no address given, was charged Dec. 10 with methamphetamine possession and unlawful possession of a firearm. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
