Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Kyles D. Brandon, 33, of the 10300 block of Old Leo Road, was charged Nov. 23 with battery by means of a deadly weapon and battery resulting in moderate bodily injury. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Chad Swihart, 34, of the 1300 block of Brenton Pass, was charged Nov. 23 with rape, domestic battery, domestic battery committed in the presence of a child and misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $38,250 bail.

Raegan M. Eicher, 30, of Woodburn, was charged Nov. 24 with narcotic drug possession, unlawful syringe possession and misdemeanor driving while suspended and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Kayle L. Cumpian, 26, of the 3100 block of Wells Street, was charged Nov. 24 with domestic battery committed in front of a child. She was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Rickey McCamey, 27, of the 300 block of Brandriff Street, was charged with domestic battery committed in front of a child. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Robert T. Arnett aka Tyson Arnett, 44, of the 1300 block of Park Avenue, was charged Nov. 24 with theft. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Peter G. Madison Jr., 26, of the 1900 block of Hobson Road, was charged Nov. 24 with marijuana possession. He was released on his own recognizance. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Terrance R. Davis, 30, of the 2900 block of New Haven Avenue, was charged Nov. 24 with intentionally violating a home detention order. He was released on $15,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

James A. Alba, 42, of Kendallville, was charged Nov. 24 with domestic battery committed in front of a child, residential break-in and misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. He was released on $5,750 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Freddie B. Kelsaw, 41, of the 3200 block of Diplomat Drive, was charged Nov. 25 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, cocaine possession and misdemeanor violation of driving conditions. He was released on $5,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Nicole R.Clauser aka Nicole Putt, 51, of the 4300 block of Lynwood Court, was charged Nov. 25 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was being held on $2,500 bond.

Samuel J. Hogue, 37, of the 4100 block of Ravens Cove Run, was charged Nov. 25 with operating a vehicle after being judged a habitual traffic offender and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Antwan J. Jones, 39, of the 2500 block of Miner Street, was charged Nov. 25 with criminal confinement where victim is used as a shield or hostage and domestic battery in front of a child. He was being held in lieu of $27,500 bail.

Casey L. Brown, 30, of the 1300 block of West Washington Boulevard, was charged Nov. 25 with unlawful syringe possession and narcotic drug possession. He was released on $5,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Mario R. Tellis, 40, of the 4000 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged Nov. 30 with aggravated battery, domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury and domestic battery committed in front of a child. He was released on $22,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Daniel R. Nifong, 37, of the 800 block of Third Street, was charged Nov. 30 with resisting law enforcement using a vehicle to commit the offense with misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Justin P. Glees, 34, of the 2900 block of Chestnut Street, was charged Nov. 30 with domestic battery with bodily injury to a pregnant woman and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Chad A. Swihart, 34, of the 1300 block of Brenton Pass, was charged Nov. 30 with three counts of rape, strangulation, battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and sexual battery with misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $38,250 bail.

Jason S. Southard, 45, no address given, was charged Nov. 30 with resisting law enforcement using a vehicle to commit the offense with misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, reckless driving and driving while suspended. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Hunter M. Espy, 23, of the 5100 block of Woodmark Court, was charged Nov. 30 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Colton L. Cocks, 27, of the 7800 block of Bowlander Way, was charged Nov. 30 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Shauntel D. Lewis aka Shauntel D. Bray, 41, of the 5700 block of Lois Lane, was charged Nov. 30 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Kerry W. Daugherty, 53, of the 5700 block of Kelso Lane, was charged Nov. 30 with domestic battery committed in front of a child and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 and without bail on another charge.

Chessie F. Worman, 28, of Harlan, was charged Nov. 30 with neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury, battery with serious bodily injury to a person under 14, burglary resulting in bodily injury, criminal confinement resulting in bodily injury and residential break-in with misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, battery resulting in bodily injury and interference in a crime. She was being held in lieu of $42,500 bail.

Christopher R. Sargent, 31, of the 300 block of West Creighton Avenue, was charged Dec. 1 with three counts of child molesting, one count indicating a child under 14 and one separate count as a repeat sexual offender. He was being held in lieu of $60,000 bail.
