Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Trevor L. Eckelbarger, 28, of Bluffton, was charged July 17 with narcotic drug dealing, two counts of methamphetamine dealing and narcotic drug/heroin dealing. He was being held in lieu of $200,000 bail.

Michael R. Houston aka Antonio Colbert, 36, of the 900 block of East Berry Street, was charged July 17 with unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and being a felon carrying a handgun. He was released on $20,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Miranda D. Powell-Goodwin, 25, of the 900 block of East Washington Boulevard, was charged July 17 with counterfeiting. She was released on her own recognizance. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Brandon L. Perkins, 39, of Winchester, was charged July 17 with robbery and four counts of theft. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bond.

Bruce A. Jones-Sykes aka Bruce Sykes aka Bruce Jones, 42, of the 4200 block of Winter Street, was charged July 17 with carrying a handgun without a license. He was released on his own recognizance.

Steven J. Enustun, 55, of the 2700 block of Whitegate Drive, was charged July 17 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Jaylin J. McLaughlin aka Jaylin Dubose, 25, of the 1500 block of Fenwick Place, was charged July 20 with intentionally violates a home detention order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Joseph RL Neal, 28, of the 1600 block of Elmrow Drive, was charged July 20 with intentionally violates a home detention order. He was released on $15,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Deontray R. Wilms, 20, of the 4100 block of Oliver Street, was charged July 20 with intentionally violating a home detention order. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

John T. Donley, 33, of LaOtto, was charged July 20 with methamphetamine possession and misdemeanor false informing. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Elstanley Willis III, 27, of the 7200 block of Woodlynn Drive, was charged July 20 with marijuana possession and misdemeanor driving with a suspended license and false informing. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Jaquan M. Lawrence, 22, of the 1100 block of Hurd Street, was charged July 20 with being a felon carrying a handgun. He was released on $10,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Kamal B. Sunamiah, 38, of the 5000 block of Yorkshire Drive, was charged July 20 with two counts battery by means of a deadly weapon. He was released on $20,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
