Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

James O. Parker III, 27, of New Haven, was charged July 16 with two counts of pointing a firearm at another person and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Nicholas R. Ford, 33, of the 3500 block of Bristers Spring Run, was charged July 16 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Alexander M. Kien aka Alex Kein, 25, of the 4700 block of Trier Road, was charged July 16 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and mis­demeanor resisting law enforcement. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Brandee N. Johnson, 28, of the 200 block of East Hoover Drive, was charged July 16 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Tiffany D. McCoy, 39, of the 3000 block of Homedale Drive, was charged July 16 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle after being judged a habitual traffic offender. She was being held without bail.

Jesus Chacon Herrera, 37, of the 1000 block of Loree Street, was charged July 16 with three counts of child molesting, intercourse with a victim younger than 14 years old; five counts of child molesting, five counts of child seduction. He was being held in lieu of $212,500 bail.

Christopher J. McGraw, 26, of the 1200 block of West Washington Boulevard, was charged July 16 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Justin J. Vrahnos, 25, of Roanoke, was charged July 16 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Bryon J. Butler aka Brian Butler, 39, of the 1600 block of Third Street, was charged July 16 with methamphetamine possession and misdemeanor conversion and paraphernalia possession. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Thomas W. Key, 37, of the 7500 block of Wohama Drive, was charged July 16 with resisting law enforcement and auto theft – theft of an entire automobile and misdemeanor reckless driving. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Brian T. Broerman, 37, of the 1800 block of St. Marys Avenue, was charged July 17 with battery resulting in bodily injury to a person younger than 14. He was released on $10,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Olivia M. Gerber, 23, of the 2000 block of Greentree Court, was charged July 17 with two counts of neglect of a dependent. She was released on $5,000 bond. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Carlazhane C. Rowland, 25, of the 900 block of East Washington Boulevard, was charged July 17 with counterfeiting. She was released on her own recognizance. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Terry D. Layne Jr., 29, of the 6500 block of Bluffton Road, was charged July 17 with armed robbery. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
