Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Meco K. Russell Jr., 27, of the 2700 block of Millbrook Drive, was charged Dec. 16 with cocaine dealing, residential break-in, maintaining a common nuisance, neglect of a dependent and misdemeanor controlled substance possession and marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $57,500 bail.

Daniel S. McCoy, 37, of the 2500 block of Sugar Tree Drive, was charged Dec. 16 with strangulation and domestic battery committed in front of a child. He was released on his own recognizance.

James L. Watson, 32, no address given, was charged Dec. 17 with unlawful possession of a firearm. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Simon A. Mange, 29, of the 3900 block of North Clinton Street, was charged Dec. 17 with resisting law enforcement using a vehicle to commit the offense and misdemeanor controlled substance possession, leaving the scene of an accident and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Divon G. McNeal, 24, of the 2800 block of Canterbury Boulevard, was charged Dec. 17 with domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Ceandra R. Jackson, 25, of the 2800 block of Capitol Avenue, was charged Dec. 17 with domestic battery committed in front of a child. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

James G.E. Clay, 29, of the 400 block of Wiebke Street, was charged Dec. 17 with being a felon carrying a handgun and misdemeanor marijuana possession. He was held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Constance L. Alford, 45, of the 3700 block of Holton Avenue, was charged Dec. 17 with domestic battery. She was released on her own recognizance.

Calvin F. Davis, 59, of the 2600 block of Carver Court, was charged Dec. 17 with operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life and misdemeanor conversion and battery resulting in bodily injury. He was released on his own recognizance.

No Z Far, 30, of the 1300 block of East Fairfax Avenue, was charged Dec. 17 with domestic battery committed in front of a child. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Christopher L. Davidson II, 27, of New Haven, was charged Dec. 17 with strangulation and misdemeanor domestic battery. He was released on his own recognizance.
