A Zombie Walk down memory lane

COREY MCMAKEN | The Journal Gazette

Downtown Fort Wayne's Zombie Walk began in 2008 and typically draws thousands of people to participate and watch. Though this year's Zombie Walk has been canceled because of pandemic-related guidelines, you can still get in the spirit with photos from past walks in this gallery.

The Zombie Walk is part of DID's annual Fright Night. Details on some downtown Halloween activities, such as a pumpkin hunt, still can be found at https://downtownfortwayne.com/fright-night.

The walk had previously been canceled in 2018 because of wind gusts of more than 50 mph and the possibility of a storm at the time of the event.
