Jackson leads early charge as Mad Ants rout Knicks

Isaiah Jackson led the early scoring charge and finished with 25 points, leading the Mad Ants to a 132-104 victory over the Westchester Knicks in front of an announced crowd of 1,686 on Saturday at Memorial Coliseum.
Nate Hinton had 23 points and 14 rebounds for the Mad Ants (1-2). Terry Taylor had 22 points and 12 rebounds. And Justin Anderson added 17 points.
Jackson had 15 points as the Mad Ants got off to an early 21-16 lead. By the time Fort Wayne led 71-49 in the third quarter, Jackson, Taylor and Anderson had 15 apiece.
Westchester (1-4) was paced by Dewan Hernandez’s 25 points and 14 rebounds. Brandon Williams added 23 points.
The Mad Ants shot 53% from the field and Walt Lemon Jr. had 10 points and 12 assists. Westchester shot 43%.
