Thanks to Memorial Coliseum and the Komets for getting me this: a better, more clear look at Thursday's beautiful Jake Kamrass goal set up by a Justin Hodgman drop pass for the Komets in a 2-1 victory over the Kalamazoo Wings.
Of course, later in the game Hodgman got a match penalty for a baseball swing of the stick at Tanner Sorenson. And that got him a suspension. Which means I have now coined the Hodgie Hat Trick -- an assist, a match penalty and a suspension from the same game.
If he makes ESPN, and there's talk this play could, it could really become epic.
