Kansas: Liu, Sami graduate

Changhong Liu and Mairaj Tariq Sami, both of Fort Wayne, have graduated from the University of Kansas, the university has announced.

Liu received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in mechanical engineering and Sami a certificate in neurological surgery, the university in Lawrence, Kansas, said in a statement.
