The DeKalb County Health Department said today it has confirmed 29 new COVID-19 cases and one death among county residents, bringing the county's totals to 550 cases and 16 deaths.
The patient who died was older than 90, the health department said in a statement. It said no further information about the case would be released.
The ages of patients with new cases range from 9 to 76, the statement said. It said 17 are recovering at home; no further information is available about the other 10.
