2 charged in New Haven pizza-store robbery

Matthew LeBlanc | The Journal Gazette

Two Fort Wayne men tied to the armed robbery of a New Haven pizza restaurant and two other robberies in Kendallville are facing felony charges in Allen County.

Antonio D. Wilson, 21, and Jordan Street, 20, robbed the Papa John's store at gunpoint July 5, taking about $740, according to court documents filed today in Allen Superior Court. They also forced three workers into a vehicle to drive them from the scene, a probable cause affidavit alleges.

Wilson is charged with armed robbery, and Street is charged with kidnapping, criminal confinement and armed robbery.

They also are charged in Noble County with robberies July 8 and 9 of a Subway and a Little Caesars, respectively.

Quandeja Whitt, 20, is charged in the Kendallville robberies. The affidavit says she and Jordan plotted to rob the New Haven store, but she has not been charged in Allen County, court records show.
