About 6,900 garden swings imported from China and sold at Big Lots stores nationwide have been recalled because the seat can break.

DETROIT – General Motors is recalling nearly 474,000 Chevrolet, Pontiac and Saturn cars to fix a transmission problem that can cause the cars to roll away unexpectedly.

Kroger Co. said Wednesday it is recalling certain Kroger Fresh Selections Tender Spinach 10-ounce packages (UPC: 0001111091649) in 15 states, including Indiana, Ohio and Michigan, with a "best if used by" date of Sept. 16.

The blinds were sold from January 1995 through December 2011 for between $16 and $380 at stores in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.
