Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Sarah D. King aka Sarah Crain, 37, of the 2400 block of Park Crest Drive, was charged April 14 with domestic battery committed in the presence of a child younger than 16 years old. She was released on her own recognizance.

William Scott Gansert, 49, of the 4300 block of Timber Creek Parkway, New Haven, was charged April 15 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Dominique S. Brown, 33, of the 500 block of West Packard Avenue, was charged April 15 with two counts of neglect of a dependent by placing dependent in a dangerous situation; operating a vehicle while intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance with a passenger younger than 18; and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person. She was released on $8,250 bond.

Corey D. Hiner, 43, of the 400 block of West Williams Street, was charged April 15 with operating a vehicle after being judged a habitual traffic offender. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Bobby E. Dubose Jr., 35, of the 4500 block of Gaywood Drive, was charged April 15 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prior conviction. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Jonnathan D. Hansen, 33, of the 3400 block of Harvester Avenue, was charged April 15 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prior conviction; and misdemeanor marijuana possession and paraphernalia possession. He was released on his own recognizance.

Benyamin McQuiller, 25, of the 400 block of Penn Avenue, was charged April 15 with strangulation, domestic battery committed in the presence of a child younger than 16 years old and misdemeanor interference with the reporting of a crime. He was being held on $2,500 bail.

Kamren D. Banguil, 20, of the 2900 block of Kingsley Drive, was charged April 15 with invasion of privacy with a prior conviction of the charge. He was being held without bond.

Jagger K. Mock, 24, of Albion, was charged April 15 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and misdemeanor reckless driving. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Ellis Grayson Jr., 58, of the 2300 Bowser Avenue, was charged April 15 with operating a motor vehicle after forfeiting his license for life. He was released on his own recognizance.

David Hiatt, 27, of the 7400 block of Coldsprings Boulevard, was charged April 15 with residential breaking and entering and misdemeanor criminal mischief. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Jonathan T. Mullins, 41, of the 900 block of Elmer Avenue, was charged April 15 with domestic battery committed in the presence of a child younger than 16 years old. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Shardae Trenaye Burnett, 21, of the 4500 block of South Park Drive, was charged April 15 with assisting a criminal, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and misdemeanor intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Brandy Howard, 39, of the 3800 block of McKinnie Avenue, was charged April 15 with methamphetamine possession, unlawful syringe possession and misdemeanor driving with a suspended license and paraphernalia possession. She was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Tanisha R. Scott, 37, of the 2900 block of Abbott Street, was charged April 15 with domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon, domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon. She was released on her own recognizance.
