Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Ryan Masoner, 30, of the 2200 block of Parkland Drive, was charged May 24 with burglary with a deadly weapon, armed robbery, intimidation, being a felon carrying a handgun, theft of a firearm, pointing a firearm at another person, residential break-in and two misdemeanor charges for theft and battery resulting in bodily injury. He was being held in lieu of $63,250.

Colton T. Vibbert, 26, of the 3200 block of Lost Valley Road, was charged May 25 with perjury, and two counts of intimidation with a misdemeanor charge for harassment by means of a telephone call. He was being held in lieu of $110,000 bail with no bond on another charge.

Quandale Johnson, 24, of the 2400 block of South Calhoun Street, was charged May 25 with intimidation and criminal confinement with two misdemeanor charges for domestic battery and interference with the reporting of a crime. He was being held in lieu of $21,500 bail.

Tyler Prentice, 22, of the 1000 block of Coliseum Boulevard West, was charged May 25 with domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and strangulation. He was released on his own recognizance.

Leah M. Halbrook, 27, of the 4400 block of South Colonial Avenue, was charged May 29 with forgery. She was being held in lieu of 2,500 bail.

Gataree G. Smith, 22, of the 800 block of Poplar Street, was charged May 29 with being a felon carrying a handgun and a misdemeanor charge for possession of marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail and without bond for probation violation.

Devonte N. Lyons, 23, of the 800 block of Dolphin Drive, was charged May 29 with being a felon carrying a handgun with two misdemeanor charges for unlawful possession of a firearm by a domestic batterer and driving while suspended. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.

Jemarcus D. Stewart, 18, of the 2400 block of Gay Street, was charged May 29 with maintaining a common nuisance with a misdemeanor charge for disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance. There was a warrant for his arrest.

Howard W. Hoemig, 67, of the 3400 block of East State Boulevard, was charged May 29 with three counts of battery with bodily injury to a public safety officer with two misdemeanor charges for resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct. He was being held in lieu of $5,750 bail.

Ronnie Alan Michael, 45, of the 1200 block of Irene Avenue, was charged May 29 with operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life, resisting law enforcement, possession of methamphetamine and receiving stolen auto parts with two misdemeanor charges for resisting law enforcement and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Michael Meyer, 39, of the 3200 block of Broadway, was charged May 29 with possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine with two misdemeanor charges for resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Aaron Lee Thomas, 28, of the 5000 block of Eastwick Drive, was charged May 29 with resisting law enforcement with a misdemeanor charge for knowingly operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Renole L. Caniff-Eger, 24, was charged May 29 with possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a syringe with a misdemeanor charge for possession of a controlled substance. He was released on his own recognizance. There was a warrant for his arrest.

Michael D. Storch, 57, of the 3300 block of Coliseum Boulevard West, was charged May 29 with auto theft with a misdemeanor charge for possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Matthew Turner, 50, of the 2500 block of River Cove Trail, was charged May 29 with operating a vehicle after being a habitual traffic offender. He was released on his own recognizance.

Quantrel D. Adams, 34, of the 2500 block of Winter Street, was charged May 29 with domestic battery and strangulation. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Jovonna Britt, 21, of the 300 block of West DeWald Street, was charged May 29 with dealing in a Schedule I controlled substance and maintaining a common nuisance with a misdemeanor charge for possession of marijuana. She was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Justin Bryant Allen, 36, of the 200 block of North Austin Boulevard, was charged May 29 with domestic battery. He was released on his own recognizance.

David R. Hall, 39, of the 400 block of Greenwood Avenue, was charged May 29 with battery against a public safety official. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Jimarcus A. Jeffreys, 29, of the 7100 block of Selkirk Drive, was charged May 29 with resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Kory Schnitz, 21, of Columbia City, was charged May 29 with possession of cocaine with two misdemeanor charges for resisting law enforcement. He was released on $750 bond.

Austin W. Friesner, 30, of the 3700 block of Burnwood Terrace, was charged May 29 with domestic battery with bodily injury to a pregnant woman and a misdemeanor charge for domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $17,500 bail.

Alex A. Ochoa, 21, of the 900 block of St. Marys Avenue, was charged May 29 with possession of cocaine. He was released on his own recognizance, but was being held on another charge.

Ian Perkins, 25, of the 7700 block of Clover Meadow Drive, was charged May 29 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Tanya M. Cole, 41, of the 3800 block of Ravens Cove Run, was charged May 30 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and a misdemeanor charge for driving while suspended. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Mark Braster, 25, of the 5000 block of Pocono Crossing, was charged May 30 with domestic battery. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nickolas D. Smith aka Nicholas Smith, 39, of the 11700 block of Buskirk Road, was charged May 30 with domestic battery. He was being held without bond.

Nina Neupert, 27, of North Manchester, was charged May 30 with receiving stolen auto parts. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
