Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.  

Victor L. Waters aka John Kennedy Waters, 52, of the 2300 block of South Harrison Street, was charged May 17 with domestic battery and intimidation with a misdemeanor charge of interference with the reporting of a crime. He was being held in lieu of $5,750 bail.

Bobby Prince, 42, of the 6200 block of Chatham Drive, was charged May 18 with armed robbery, theft of a firearm and theft with a misdemeanor charge of carrying a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Zaetarvis Q. Hogue aka Zaetarius Hogue, 25, of the 6100 block of Landsdowne Drive, was charged May 18 with possession of a narcotic drug and misdemeanor charges for unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.

Daniel T. Wilson aka Danny Lee Wilson, 57, of the 300 block of West Butler Street, was charged May 18 with theft. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Zachary Payton, 30, of the 2500 block of Kingston Point, was charged May 18 with two counts of domestic battery with a misdemeanor charge of interference with the reporting of a crime. He was released on his own recognizance.

Airiest M. Vasquez, 22, of the 4000 block of East Pettit Avenue, was charged May 18 with two counts of dealing marijuana and misdemeanor dealing in marijuana/hashish oil and synthetic cannabinoid. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Shane Tope, 38, of the 5700 block of East Paulding Road, was charged May 18 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and a misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement. He was released on $3,250 bail.

Armon C. Kizer, 19, of the 2900 block of Alexander Street, was charged May 18 with two counts of domestic battery with one count bodily injury to a pregnant woman, criminal recklessness and two counts for pointing a firearm at another person. He also faces misdemeanor charges of battery resulting in bodily injury and invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $23,250 bail.
