Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Alyse R. Pelance, 30, of the 7300 block of Maeve Drive, was charged May 4 with theft. She was released on her own recognizance.

Angela D. Johnson, 38, was charged May 4 with unlawful possession of a syringe. She was released on her own recognizance.

Lawrence Gillespie Sr., 70, of the 2400 block of Glenwood Avenue, was charged May 4 with battery by bodily waste when the victim is a public safety officer. He was released on his own recognizance.

Kenneth Jay Compo, 50, of the 5600 block of West Cook Road, was charged May 4 with two counts of resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Riley Almand, 25, was charged May 4 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Justin Tracy Shelton, 19, of the 5200 block of Gaywood Drive, was charged May 4 with domestic battery and criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Amber K. Parker, 29, was charged May 4 with possessing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a syringe and misdemeanor counts of possessing a synthetic drug and possessing paraphernalia. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Jeremiah R. Felix, 28, of the 5400 block of Southern Court, was charged May 4 with resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Curtis E. Thomas Jr., 26, of the 900 block of Third Street, was charged May 4 with armed robbery and a misdemeanor count of possessing a synthetic drug. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Justin M. Snawder, 23, of the 1300 block of Marion Street, was charged May 4 with armed robbery. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail and on a probation violation.

Alexander Kyle, 60, of the 200 block of Mabry Cove, was charged May 4 with battery against a public safety official, resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $5,750 bail.

Michael A. Green aka Mdot na,18, of the 4100 block of Dalewood Drive, was charged May 4 with pointing a firearm at another person and a misdemeanor count of carrying a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Alison P. Frederick, 20, of Zanesville, was charged March 7 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Rachel M. Swedzinski, 32, of the 3400 block of Taylor Street, was charged May 7 with operating a vehicle after being a habitual traffic offender. She was released on her own recognizance.

Douglas Estes, 18, of the 5700 block of Dunnimore Lane, was charged May 7 with criminal trespass. He was released on his own recognizance.

Demont Church, 20, of the 6100 block of Westhills Road, was charged May 7 with criminal trespass on a scientific research facility. He was released on his own recognizance.

Tronna R. Lewis, 51, was charged May 7 with three counts of domestic battery, one with bodily injury to a pregnant woman. She was released on her own recognizance.

Robert L. Anderson, 33, of the 5400 block of Damask Drive, was charged May 7 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond. There is a warrant for his arrest.

John Scheppele, 49, of the 3800 block of Kroemer Road, was charged May 7 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction with two misdemeanor charges for battery resulting in bodily injury and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Jacob N. Kleber, 37, of the 8300 block of Leesburg Road, was charged May 7 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Dakota J. Reading, 21, of the 7900 block of Old Decatur Road, was charged May 7 with possession of a synthetic drug with a misdemeanor charge for possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.

Terence T. Riley, 31, of the 2100 block of Freeman Avenue, was charged May 7 with two counts of domestic battery and invasion of privacy with a misdemeanor charge for interference with the reporting of a crime. He was being held in lieu of $13,250 bail.

Henry Harrold Williams, 52, of New Haven, was charged May 7 with invasion of privacy with a misdemeanor charge for resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $5,750 bail.

Deandre Demetrius Taylor, 26, of the 100 block of East Leith Street, was charged May 7 with resisting law enforcement with two misdemeanor charges for resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.

Samuel McDonald, 36, of Yoder, was charged May 7 with possession of a narcotic drug and unlawful possession of a syringe. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Cesar D. DeLuna, 36, of the 4100 block of Monroe Street, was charged May 7 with intimidation with a misdemeanor charge for battery. He was released on $3,250 bond.

Lorenzo King aka Mr. Detroit, 46, of the 2000 block of Greentree Court, was charged May 7 with burglary and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

James A. Schenkel Jr., 21, of the 1300 block of St Joseph Boulevard, was charged May 7 with being a felon carrying a handgun with misdemeanor charges for possession of marijuana and possession of controlled substance. He was released on $13,250 bond. There is a warrant for his arrest.

Robert Lee Wells, 24, of the 500 block of East Maple Grove Avenue, was charged May 7 with resisting law enforcement with a misdemeanor charge for intentionally operating motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Keevan P. Loomis, 31, of the 2100 block of Covington Road, was charged May 7 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
