Felonies

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Joel D. Conrad, 28, of the 4300 block of River Bluff Drive, was charged March 16 with burglary and auto theft. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Zachary A. McKinley, 26, of LaOtto, was charged March 16 with unlawful possession of a syringe and possessing a narcotic drug. He was released on his own recognizance.

Jaime M. Bloom, 25, of the 3700 block of Euclid Avenue, was charged March 16 with maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Benjamin W. Sark, 26, of the 10500 block of Sun Hollow Place, was charged March 16 with leaving the scene of an accident with serious bodily injury. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Detrick L. Brown, 29, of the 3700 block of Euclid Avenue, was charged March 16 with maintaining a common nuisance and a misdemeanor count of possessing marijuana. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Carlos D. Ellis,19, of the 600 block of Kimberton Drive, was charged with carrying a handgun without a license and misdemeanor counts of possessing marijuana and visiting a common nuisance with controlled substances. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Jaquavion Graves-Coney, 18, of the 1000 block of Buchanan Street, was charged March 12 with battery resulting in bodily injury. He was released on $750 bond.

Dakota A. Moran, 21, of the 2300 block of South Calhoun street, was charged March 16 with battery with serious bodily injury to a person under 14. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Ellery Lambert, 50, of the 1300 block of Fletcher Avenue, was charged March 19 with burglary. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Donald R. Needham, 46, of New Haven, was charged March 19 with corrupt business influence. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Gregory L. Garland, 38, of the 2200 block of South Harrison Street, was charged March 19 with theft. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Arthur Wilson, 60, of the 1500 block of McKinnie Avenue, was charged March 19 with operating a vehicle after being judged a habitual traffic offender, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and a misdemeanor count of conversion. He was released on $750 bond.

Clarence Mann, 18, was charged March 19 with theft. He was released on his own recognizance.

Broc Allen Lilly, 32, of the 1300 block of Sinclair Street, was charged March 19 with theft. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Bruce Barnette, 63, of the 5100 block of Forest Avenue, was charged March 19 with possessing a narcotic drug and unlawful possession of a syringe. He was released on his own recognizance.

Waldo Daniel Abreu, 31, of the 800 block of Goshen Avenue, was charged March 19 with invasion of privacy and a misdemeanor count of public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Joshua T. Okleshen, 29, of the 8400 block of Hunters Knoll Run, was charged March 19 with burglary and possessing a narcotic drug. He was being held in lieu of 12,500 bail.

Devin J. Jones, 23, of the 4600 block of Wellington Drive, was charged March 19 with carrying a handgun without a license and dealing in marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $60,000 bail.

Nathan M. Hobbs, 45, of the 4600 block of Weatherside Run, was charged with two counts of possessing a narcotic drug. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Demetrius Manning, 31, of the 6800 block of Hessen Cassel Road, was charged March 19 with two counts of domestic battery, one resulting in moderate bodily injury and a misdemeanor count of resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $5,750 bail.

Adriana Nicole Nahrwold, 19, of the 3900 block of Elmcrest Drive, was charged March 19 with theft and a misdemeanor count of false informing. She was released on her own recognizance.

Perry A. Mason Jr., 38, of the 7900 block of Decatur Road, was charged March 19 with domestic battery with bodily injury to a pregnant woman. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Ar Husein, 35, of the 1800 block of Chartwell Drive, was charged March 19 with four counts of invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

James Wayne Marsee, 41, of the 5200 block of South Anthony Boulevard, was charged March 19 with receiving stolen auto parts. He was released on his own recognizance.

Anthony P. Lovejoy, 25, of the 500 block of Wallen Hills Drive, was charged March 19 with criminal confinement, strangulation, criminal recklessness and a misdemeanor count of domestic battery. He was released on $15,000 bond.

Jerome J. Watson, 33, of Detroit, was charged March 20 with pointing a firearm at another person. He was released on $2,500 bond.

David Hannigan, 56, of the 5300 block of Dial Drive, was charged March 20 with child exploitation on the computer and possessing child pornography. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Jason R. Brown, aka Henry Brown, aka Joseph Henry Brown, aka Jay Brown, aka Joseph Henry Brown, aka X Jay, 38, of Columbia City, was charged March 20 with nonsupport of a dependent.

Ashley Virginia Webb, 25, of the 3300 block of Rodgers Avenue, was charged March 20 with neglect of a dependent, two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated or under a controlled substance with a passenger under 18 and a misdemeanor count of leaving the scene of an accident. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Dallas Rhea Frazier, 48, of Corunna, was charged March 20 with residential entry break-in. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

James F. Coleman, 36, of Detroit, was charged March 20 with dealing in a narcotic drug. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Marcus T. Harper Sr., aka Dante Harper, 45, of the 3500 block of Kendale Drive, was charged March 20 with two counts of domestic battery, one with bodily injury to a pregnant woman and with a prior conviction. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Randy L. Heltzel Jr., 24, of the 4500 block of Willard Dive was charged March 20 with possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of false informing. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Timothy R. Sauders, 34, of New Haven, was charged March 20 with criminal trespass. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Quenton Dontrall Hamilton, 26, of the 4400 block of Oliver Street, was charged March 20 with unlawfully possessing a firearm by a serious violent felon and misdemeanor counts of possessing marijuana and intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Kenneth R. Bright, 42, of the 1200 block of West Scott Avenue, was charged March 20 with operating a vehicle after being judged a habitual traffic offender. He was released on his own recognizance.

Irma Sanchez-Torres, aka Irma Deleon, aka Irma Sanchez, aka Irma Torres, 44, of the 600 block of Lillian Avenue, was charged March 20 with possessing cocaine and misdemeanor counts of carrying a handgun without a license, possessing a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia. She was released on $750 bond.

Charles H. Austin, 49, of the 1000 block of North Coliseum Boulevard, was charged March 20 with failure to register as a sex or violent offender. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Shawn Vaughn, 33, of Bluffton, was charged March 20 with being a felon carrying a handgun, possessing a narcotic drug and misdemeanor counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and possessing paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $13,250 bail.

Brian K. Osenbaugh, 45, of the 800 block of West State Boulevard, was charged March 21 with possessing cocaine and misdemeanor counts of operating while intoxicated endangering a person and operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration equivalent of less than 0.15 percent. He was released on $750 bond.

Shantrell K. Moore, 26, of the 200 block of East Woodland Avenue, was charged March 21 with receiving stolen auto parts and a misdemeanor count of intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Mical L. Weakley, 32, of the 2000 block of Phenis Street, was charged March 21 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, two counts of battery by bodily waste when victim is a public safety official and misdemeanor counts of resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended. He was being held in lieu of $5,750 bail.
