Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Bradley T. Whetsel, 38, of New Haven, was charged Feb. 28 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Maurice M. Anderson, 38, of the 1300 block of Fletcher Avenue, was charged Feb. 28 with domestic battery and a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.

Levonuia Riley Jr., aka Lavon Riley Jr., 57, of the 2100 block of Miner Street was charged Feb. 28 with theft. He was released on his own recognizance.

Heather Bradley, 37, of the 5400 block of Damask Drive, was charged Feb. 28 with domestic battery committed in the presence of a child. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Olivia Y. Gonzalez, 32, of the 1500 block of West State Court, was charged Feb. 28 with corrupt business influence. She was released on her own recognizance.

Jerry Smalley, 38, of the 5400 block of Damask Drive, was charged Feb. 28 with domestic battery committed in the presence of a child. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Jerome T. Clowney, 52, of North Webster, was charged Feb. 28 with intimidation and misdemeanor counts of resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct. He was released on $4,000 bond.

Tubo Owel, 28, of South Holland, Illinois, was charged Feb. 28 with domestic battery, strangulation and a misdemeanor count of interference with the reporting of a crime. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Ronald Cloyd, 41, of the 1500 block of East Tillman Road, was charged Feb. 28 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a misdemeanor count of driving while suspended. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Breana Rambo, 22, of the 1300 block of Greene Street, was charged Feb. 28 with two counts of domestic battery, one count resulting in moderate bodily injury, and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. She was released on $7,500 bond.

Heather Halbrook, 31, of the 300 block of West Oakdale Drive, was charged Feb. 28 with unlawful possession of a syringe and misdemeanor counts of prostitution and possessing paraphernalia. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Christopher A. Smith, 30, of the 1000 block of North Coliseum Boulevard, was charged Feb. 28 with corrupt business influence. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Anthony L. Hackner Jr., aka Mike White, 32, of the 2000 block of North Clinton Street, was charged March 1 with escape, intentionally violating a home detention order. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Kevin Osgood, aka Wesley K. Delger, aka Aaron Shepherd, aka Kevin Shepherd, 43, of the 1200 block of Wall Street, was charged March 1 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Cory A. Ramsey 24, of Saint Joe, was charged March 1 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Saion J. Thomas, 19, of the 1900 block of Hobson Road, was charged March 1 with auto theft. He was released on his own recognizance.

Christopher L. Baker, aka Charles Hairston, 44, of the 4500 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged March 1 with possessing cocaine and a misdemeanor count of driving while suspended. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Heather K. Frazier, 30, of the 200 block of Country Forest Drive, was charged March 1 with unlawful possession of a syringe and a misdemeanor count of leaving the scene of an accident. She was released on her own recognizance.

Angela M. Webster, 34, of the 2800 block of Southway Drive, was charged March 1 with possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possessing paraphernalia. She was being held in lieu of $52,500 bail.

Charles S. Pettigrew, 39, of the 2800 block of Raymond Avenue, was charged March 1 with possessing methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of possessing paraphernalia and intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Matthew L. Brown, 30, of the 2600 block of Canterbury Drive, was charged March 2 with intimidation using a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon, pointing a firearm at another person and a misdemeanor count of domestic battery. He was released on $750 bond.

Charles E. Stuller, aka Charles Steller, aka Bernard James Stuller, 39, of the 400 block of East Tobert Street, was charged March 2 with operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life and misdemeanor counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with alcohol level of 0.15 percent or higher. He was released on his own recognizance.

Bandar Abdulaziz Hakami, 27, of the 5500 block of Old Dover Boulevard, was charged March 2 with strangulation and a misdemeanor count of domestic battery. He was released on $3,250 bond.

Brittnay Nickolson, 23, of the 2200 block of Point West Drive, was charged March 2 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Dana S. Gibbs, 56, of the 1300 block of Mayfield Road, was charged March 2 with operating a vehicle after being judged a habitual traffic offender. He was released on her own recognizance.

Edmund Tyjun Johnson, 38, of the 3000 block of Drexel Avenue, was charged March 2 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of 2,500 bail.
