Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Franklin D. Lewis, 58, of the 2000 block of South Hanna Street, was charged Sept. 5 with operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life and two misdemeanor counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or more. He was released on $10,750 bond.

Brandon A. Smith, 26, of the 7700 block of Sunderland Drive, was charged Sept. 5 with operating a vehicle after being a habitual traffic offender. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nichole R. Hayes, 29, of the 2800 block of Bankbarn Place, was charged Sept. 5 with escape. She was released on $15,000 bond.

Anthony A. Nellems, 45, of the 2600 block of Oxford Street, was charged Sept. 5 with escape. He was released on $15,000 bond.

Quillan N. Wallace, 23, of the 500 block of Berwyn Lane, was charged Sept. 5 with escape and resisting law enforcement and two misdemeanor counts of resisting law enforcement and leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held in lieu of $18,250 bail.

Kayla Blanton, 18, of the 6600 Old Maumee Avenue, was charged Sept. 5 with domestic battery. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Ei Sa My, 20, of the 4300 block of Mirada Drive, was charged Sept. 5 with domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $750 bail.

Zachary Voors, 26, of the 400 block of Dalgren Avenue, was charged Sept. 5 with domestic battery and criminal confinement. He was being held without bond.

Jocelyn M. Troutner, 30, of Columbia City, was charged Sept. 5 with battery against a public safety official and three misdemeanor charges for resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. She was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Jaylin Robinson, 21, was charged Sept. 5 with dealing in cocaine with three misdemeanor charges for resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct. He was being held in lieu of $750 bail.

Jacob N. McCue, 19, was charged Sept. 5 with possession of a synthetic drug. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Richard Allen, 34, of the 3411 Cheviot Drive, was charged Sept. 5 with criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon and a misdemeanor charge for public intoxication. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Joshua J. Rogers, 38, was charged Sept. 5 with possession of a synthetic drug. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Eh H. Shee, 24, of the 800 block of East State Boulevard, was charged Sept. 5 with resisting law enforcement and two misdemeanor charges for operating a vehicle with an elevated alcohol concentration and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Nicholas Smith, 29, of the New Haven, was charged Sept. 5 with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor charge for possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Anthony J. Pastre, 28, of the 700 block of West Packard Avenue, was charged Sept. 6 with two counts of causing serious injury operating a motor vehicle and criminal recklessness. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Nicole C. Hyser, 39, of the 5200 bloc of South Harrison Street, was charged Sept. 6 with dealing in a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance with a misdemeanor charge for possession of paraphernalia. She was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Canethia R. Allen aka Canethia Johnson, 41, of the 6300 block of South Calhoun Street, was charged Sept. 6 with operating a vehicle after being a habitual traffic offender. She was released on her own recognizance.

Htwe Htwe, 19, of the 1400 block of Eagle Street was charged Sept. 7 with three counts of burglary and theft. She was released on her own recognizance.

Justin W. Farr, 22, of Monroeville, was charged Sept. 7 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Michael Corbitt, 50, of the 3000 block of McDonald Street, was charged Sept. 7 with invasion of privacy. He was released on his own recognizance.

Marcus C. Ellis, 33, of the 7900 block of Serenity Drive, was charged Sept. 7 with two counts of domestic battery and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Marvin J. Perkins, 59, was charged Sept. 7 possession of cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Lashon McKinley, 43, of the 4100 block of Woodstock Drive, was charged Sept. 7 with operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life and possession of cocaine with four misdemeanor charges for possession of marijuana, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $13,250 bail.

Tracy A. Thomas, 49, of the 3000 block of South Anthony Boulevard, was charged Sept. 8 with criminal recklessness by shooting a firearm into an inhabited dwelling/building and as a felon carrying a handgun with a prior felony conviction with a misdemeanor charge for unlawful possession of a firearm by a domestic batterer. He was being held in lieu of $20,750 bail.

Tekia S. King, 24, of the 2200 block of Dunkelburg Road, was charged Sept. 8 with battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman with a misdemeanor charge for battery resulting in bodily injury. She was released on $10,750 bond.

Wayne Davis, 30, of New Haven, was charged Sept. 8 with domestic battery. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Andrew Jones, 26, of the 7300 block of Springhill Drive, was charged Sept. 8 with unlawful possession of a syringe with a misdemeanor charge for possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Mark A. Ferrell aka Mark Jones, 34, of the 300 block of West Superior Street, was charged Sept. 8 with failure to register as a sex offender. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

George A. Uhrick, Jr, 33, of the 3000 block of Tonawanda Drive, was charged Sept. 8 with two counts of domestic battery and strangulation. He was released on $7,500 bond.

Bailey David Nevills, 18, of the 9200 block of Vallyd Acre Drive, was charged Sept. 8 with criminal recklessness by shooting a firearm into a building with a misdemeanor charge for carrying a handgun without a license. He was released on $10,750 bond.

Christopher D. Moore, 25, was charged Sept. 8 with robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, aggravated battery, battery by means of a deadly weapon and criminal recklessness. He was being held in lieu of $87,500 bail.

Akeem Boddie aka Jamarcus Arrington, 27, of the 3500 block of Schele Avenue, was charged Sept. 8 with burglary of a dwelling. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
