Felonies

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony. 

Derek A. Saylor, 39, of New Haven, was charged June 15 with two counts of criminal recklessness and two counts of criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon. He was released on $25,000 bond.

Lashon McKinley, aka Laren English, Shon McKinley and Vincent McKinley, 43, of the 2600 block of Nordholme Avenue, was charged June 15 with operating a vehicle after forfeiture of license for life and misdemeanor of possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle with an elevated alcohol level and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $10,750 bond.

Ausben L. Logan, 49, of the 1000 block of East Berry Street, was charged June 15 with two counts of domestic battery and intimidation. He was being held in lieu of $150,000 bail.

Steven Paul Hill, 41, of the 5400 block of Webster Street, was charged June 15 with battery and domestic battery. He was released on $12,500 bond.

Deshunda Smith, aka Deshaunda Smith, 24, of the 3900 block of Newport Avenue, was charged June 15 with criminal confinement while armed with a deadly weapon and domestic battery. She was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Donald L. Burks, 49, of the 1900 block of Hazelwood Drive, was charged June 15 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Mark H. Kiel, 26, of the 2700 block of Chandler Drive, was charged June 15 with battery to a public safety officer. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Jeffrey A. Hargis, 35, of the 200 block of West Paulding Road, was charged June 15 with theft and fraud and misdemeanor criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

James K. White, 30, of New Haven, was charged June 16 with dealing a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $52,500 bail.

Stephen Owens, 38, of Greenwood was charged June 16 with three counts of theft. He was released on his own recognizance.

Tanica L. Wilson, aka Latonya Wilson, 40, of the 900 block of Madison Street, was charged June 16 with theft. She was released on her own recognizance.

Bradley J. Horvath, 34, of South Bend, was charged June 16 with theft. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Lionel Sanders Sr., aka Peters Roberts, Major Sanders Jr., Michael Sanders and Lee Shelton, 63, of the 3000 block of Queen Street, was charged June 16 with theft. He was released on his own recognizance.

Cameron M. Hamilton, 26, of the 2700 block of Copper Hill Run was charged June 16 with unlawful possession of a syringe and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Rhonda Teter, 36, of the 1400 block of High Street, was charged June 16 with four counts of domestic battery and criminal recklessness. She was being held in lieu of $27,500 bail.

Frank H. Sudduth, 47, of the 2100 block of Edgehill Road, was charged June 16 with home improvement fraud and theft with a prior conviction. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

David Bahr, 21, of the 1700 block of Kinross Lane, was charged June 16 with two counts of battery, criminal recklessness and residential break-in. He was released on $17,500 bond.

Seth A. Morken, 27, of the 800 block of Heartland Drive, was charged June 19 with rape, criminal confinement, sexual battery and maintaining a common nuisance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was released on total bond of $25,000 for two separate charges.

Jermaine Gamble, 36, of the 800 Oaklawn Court, was charged June 19 with operating a vehicle after forfeiture of license for life and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Matthew Foulk, 25, of South Bend, was charged June 19 with domestic battery and strangulation. He was released on $5,000 bond.

David Andrews, 25, of the 4200 block of Hoagland Avenue, was charged June 19 with domestic battery and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Stacey R. Wilson, 47, of the 3500 block of Harris Road, was charged June 19 with three counts of fraud. She was released on her own recognizance.

Michael A. King, 30, of the 1100 block of Glasgow Avenue, was charged June 19 with possession of a narcotic drug and misdemeanor driving with a suspended license. He was released on his own recognizance.

Dustin Randall Miller, 29, of the 2100 block of Point West Drive, was charged June 19 with intimidation. He is being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

James Nyle Humphrey Jr., 24, was charged June 19 with escape and misdemeanor conversion, resisting law enforcement and criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of $11,500 bail.

Rebekah L. Gibson, 18, of the 8300 block of Illinois Road, was charged June 19 with possession of cocaine and misdemeanor marijuana possession. She was released on her own recognizance.

Erik M. Hargrove, 31, of the 7900 block of Serenity Drive, was charged June 19 with resisting law enforcement, two charges of domestic battery and invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.

Nakita L. Lacey, 32, of the 4000 block of Smith Street, was charged June 19 with three counts of fraud and misdemeanor conversion. She was released on her own recognizance.

Frances L. White, 53, of Churubusco was charged June 19 with possession of methamphetamine and possession of precursors to manufacture drugs. She was released on her own recognizance.

Chas A. McNeil, 21, of the 4400 block of Werling Drive, was charged June 19 with resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and driving with a suspended license. He is being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Johnathon Reynolds, 25, of the 600 block of East Washington Boulevard, was charged June 19 with cocaine possession. He was released on his own recognizance.

Michael O. Smith Sr., 27, of the 2000 block of Brooklyn Avenue, was charged June 19 with being a felon carrying a handgun and misdemeanor unlawful possession of a firearm. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.
