Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Travis Kelly Philpot, 47, of Paulding, Ohio, was charged May 2 with escape, battery to a public safety officer, two counts of resisting law enforcement and possession of cocaine with misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $22,500 bail.

Marq Robinson, 22, of the 3300 block of McCormick Avenue, was charged May 2 with domestic battery with a prior conviction. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Scott M. Higgins aka Scott Higgins, 29, of the 200 block of Russell Avenue, was charged May 2 with operating a vehicle after being a habitual traffic offender. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Corey N. Bergman, 31, of Monroeville, was charged May 2 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Jeffery Lee Jones Jr., 23, of the 2800 block of Canterbury Boulevard, was charged May 2 with criminal confinement, domestic battery and strangulation with a misdemeanor charge of interference with the reporting of a crime. He was being held in lieu of $75,000 bail.

Kalen Parhm, 38, of the 200 block of East Suttenfield Street, was charged May 2 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Rashad A. Jackson-Tatum, 22, of the 4600 block of Mercer Court, was charged May 8 with resisting law enforcement using a vehicle with a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Luke H. Vorst aka Luke Fischer, 24, of the 1500 block of Connaught Court, was charged May 8 with escape, violating a home detention order. There was a warrant for his arrest.

Darrion Bright, 20, of the 2300 block of Smith Street, was charged May 8 with possession of cocaine with a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.

Deonna Lutona Cook, 32, of the 1000 block of Kinsmoor, ws charged May 8 with possession of cocaine, possession of a narcotic drug, maintaining a common nuisance with a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana. She was released on her own recognizance.

Sam Keesler, 27, of the 1400 block of Sherman Boulevard, was charged May 8 with two counts of domestic battery and strangulation with a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of $15,750 bail.

Dale Coker, 23, of the 4500 block of Jason Drive, was charged May 8 with criminal recklessness and pointing a firearm at another with a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Timothy L. Coats, 23, of the 2700 block of Fruehauf Drive, was charged May 8 with unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and carrying a handgun with a prior felony conviction. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Nathan M. Binz, 36, of Harlan, was charged May 8 with intimidation to certain types of people with a misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement. He was released on $3,250 bond.

Derrick Bullock aka Rodrick Martin aka Melvin Miller aka Marquis Walzer aka Travis Williams, 44, of the 10200 block of Jefferson Way was charged May 8 with dealing in a Schedule I controlled substance. He was released on $50,000 bond.

Larry B. Steele, 18, of the 1900 block of Webster Street, was charged May 8 with two counts of domestic battery and strangulation. He was released on $15,000 bond.

Joseph A. Michael, 21, of New Haven, was charged May 8 with violating a home detention order. There was a warrant for his arrest.

Jeffery Lynn N. Smith, 62, of the 200 block of Crown Lane West, was charged May 8 with domestic battery and resisting law enforcement. He was released on $3,250 bond.

Lewis F. Park, 33, of Fremont, was charged May 8 with possession of a synthetic drug with a misdemeanor charge of possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Jerod B.M. Buse, 22, of the 5500 block of North Clinton Street, was charged May 8, with neglect of a dependent and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle with an elevated alcohol concentration. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Melissa D. Gibson, 43, of the 1000 block of Coliseum Boulevard West, was charged May 8 with possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance with a misdemeanor charge of possession of paraphernalia. She was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Marcus A. Williams aka Maurice Lewis, 32, of the 3800 block of Euclid Avenue was charged May 8 with failure to return to lawful detention. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Artrell Scroggins, 25, of the 500 block of East Suttenfield Avenue, was charged May 8 with possession of cocaine with a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.

Jaquan A. Jackson, 21, of the 900 block of East Washington Boulevard, was charged May 8 with pointing a firearm at another and theft with a misdemeanor charge of carrying a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Rodney L. Davidson, 46, of the 1200 block of Swinney Avenue, was charged May 8 with two counts of domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Samuel Harnish, 32, of New Haven, was charged May 8 with battery against a public safety official, resisting law enforcement and intimidation with misdemeanor charges for resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. He was released on $8,250 bond.

James Brabson III, 36, of the 500 block of West Branning Avenue, was charged May 8 with two counts of intimidation, residential break-in and battery with misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of $17,500 bond.

Cecily L. Stone, 27, of the 800 block of Northwood Boulevard, was charged May 9 with battery, pointing a firearm at another, two counts of domestic battery and criminal recklessness. She was released on $20,000 bond.

Adrian Adan Eguia aka Ambrose English aka Adrian A Equia, 28, of the 1900 block of Drexel avenue, was charged May 9 with possession of a narcotic drug, escape and resisting law enforcement with misdemeanor charges of resisting law enforcement and possession of marijuana. He is being held in lieu of $15,750 bail.

Michelle M. Ivy aka Michelle M. Sudderth, 47, of the 700 Steinman Drive, was charged May 9 with theft. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Admira Gonzalez aka Admira Kajtezovic, 29, was charged May 9 with intimidation and criminal recklessness with a misdemeanor charge of conversion. She is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Ar Yout, 21, of the 2900 block of Roosevelt Drive, was charged May 9 with residential break-in with a misdemeanor charge of invasion of privacy. He was released on $3,250 bond.
