Felonies

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Austin Becker, 19, of the 6000 block of Bellingham Lane, was charged April 27 with receiving stolen auto parts. He was released on his own recognizance.

Marcus W. Martin, 35, of the 700 block of Baxter Street, was charged April 27 with operating a vehicle after having been given a lifetime forfeiture. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Jonathan Bruning, 25, of the 5200 block of Evard Road, was charged April 27 with domestic battery. He is being held without bail.

Antonio Devon Clark, 27, of the 3700 block of South Anthony Boulevard, was charged April 27 with dealing cocaine, dealing marijuana with a prior drug conviction, possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $8,250 bail.

Richard L. Holle, 59, of the 2100 block of Jessie Avenue, was charged April 27 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Kera Doty, 22, of the 900 block of Oaklawn Court, was charged April 27 with domestic battery. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Keondre Davis, 23, of the 4000 block of Avondale Drive, was charged April 27 with domestic battery. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Bryant D. Shelton, 21, of the 4600 block of Weisser Park Avenue, was charged April 27 with residential break-in and three counts of invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $80,000 bail.

Dan Hazebrouck, 22, of the 800 block of High Street, was charged April 27 with criminal mischief. He was released on his own recognizance.

Rickie Conley, 55, of Kendallville, was charged April 27 with possession of methamphetamine. He was released on his own recognizance.

Corey L. Prince, aka Robert Prince, 39, was charged April 28 with resisting law enforcement, two counts of battery against a public safety official and intimidation. He is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Julie Freeman, 26, of the 3100 block of Wells Street, was charged April 28 with domestic battery and battery to a child. She was being held without bail.

Shawn M. Maynard, 40, of the 3300 block of Coliseum Boulevard West, was charged April 28 with corrupt business influence. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Whitney L. Gosnell, 23, was charged April 28 with unlawful possession of a syringe. She was released on her own recognizance.

Jackson D. Cooper III, 49, of the 4600 block of Pine Valley Drive was charged May 1 with operating a vehicle after been judged a habitual traffic violator. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Toni Ponce, 45, of the 200 block of Cumberland Avenue, was charged May 1 with domestic battery. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Garry L. Thomas, 33, of the 6600 block of Barbara Jean Court, was charged May 1 with unlawful possession of a firearm. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Sean D. McElrath, 25, of the 7900 block of Serenity Drive, was charged May 1 with carrying a handgun without a license with a prior conviction. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Devin D. Bradley, 27, of the 5400 block of Cloverbrook Drive, was charged May 1 with resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor charges of resisting law enforcement, driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on $3,250 bond.

James L. Buroff, 51, was charged May 1 with criminal recklessness. He is being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Donna J. Vanniekerk, 42, of Monroeville, was charged May 1 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Elgin M. Davis, 30, of the 800 block of Senate Avenue was charged May 1 with battery with bodily injury to a public safety officer and two counts of domestic battery.

Errol J. Sharp, 28, of the 3200 block of Sequayah Pass, was charged May 1 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor charges of driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Dustin G. Fry, 35, of the 1300 block of Maple Avenue was charged May 1 with domestic battery and operating a vehicle after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Sean Hamilton, 32, of Hoagland, was charged May 1 with domestic battery. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Mandell Strawter aka Rico, 25, of Chicago, was charged May 1 with two counts of dealing a narcotic drug and one count of dealing cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $150,000 bail.

Alfredo Zamora, Jr., 18, of the 2500 block of South Lafayette Street, was charged May 1 with robbery. He is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Brian Cutlip, 34, of Convoy, Ohio, was charged May 1 with theft with a prior conviction, unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of methamphetamine. He was being held in lieu of $5,750 bail.

Diego Manuel Gonzalez, 20, of the 3500 block of South Hanna Street, was charged May 1 with three counts of domestic battery and criminal recklessness. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Admira Gonzalez, aka Admira Kajtezovic, 29, was charged May 1 with burglary and theft. She was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

John W. Tilbury, 50, of Albion, was charged May 1 with operating a vehicle after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Dameun D. Anderson, 34, of the 2400 block of Curdes Avenue, was charged May 1 with operating a vehicle after having been judged a habitual traffic violator, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Ashley C. Hobbs, 34, of Fishers, was charged May 1 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor conversion. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Whitney L. Gosnell, 23, was charged May 2 with unlawful possession of a syringe. She was released on her own recognizance.
