Christmas Eve services set

• Salem United Methodist Church of Christ, 2401 Lake Ave., will have a Christmas Eve candle light service at 7 p.m. Monday.

• Faith United Methodist Church, 207 E. DeWald St., will have a candlelight Christmas Eve service at 6 p.m. Monday. The service will feature a live Nativity scene and a sing-a-long of Christmas carols.


The Jewish Federation of Fort Wayne will have a six-session program, “Confronting the Shoah,” that offers a contextual and historical knowledge of the Holocaust. The event is at 7 p.m. Jan. 15, 22 and 29 and Feb. 5, 12 and 19 at the Rifkin campus, 5200 Old Mill Road. Deadline to register is Jan. 7. Cost is $5, free for Federation members.
