Congressional candidate Tritch names campaign manager

Journal Gazette

Courtney Tritch has hired a Baltimore resident to manage her campaign for the Democratic nomination in northeast Indiana's 3rd Congressional District.

Joseph Mahach is a former Peace Corps volunteer in the African nation Togo and has earned a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies, Tritch's campaign said.

Her campaign said Mahach has received training from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and was recommended to Tritch by a campaign consultant in Washington.

Tritch and two other Fort Wayne residents – David Roach and Tommy Schrader – are announced candidates for the Democratic primary election. The party's nominee will challenge first-term Republican Rep. Jim Banks of Columbia City in the November general election.
