Cyclist critically injured in Williams County collision

A bicyclist was critically injured Friday morning in a collision with a vehicle on a Williams County, Ohio, road, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.
Zachary A. Fisher, 21, of Montpelier, Ohio, was taken to St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo after the 8:03 a.m. crash, the highway patrol at Defiance said in a statement.
Police said Fisher was riding a bicycle south in the center of County Road 13 when he was struck by a southbound Dodge Journey driven by Joseph L. Klender, 38, of Bryan, Ohio.
Klender, who was wearing a seat belt, was not injured, police said. They said Fisher was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision.
