Purdue Fort Wayne to use black and gold for school colors
The Journal Gazette
Purdue Fort Wayne will use black and gold for its school colors if the Higher Learning Commission approves the realignment, IPFW Chancellor Ron L. Elsenbaumer said today.
In a statement, Elsenbaumer said the findings of market research by SimpsonScarborough are clear -- the Purdue University brand is known for academic quality and is recognized as being a quality brand locally, nationally and globally.
"(D)etermining our colors is just one step in the process of rebranding our institution and we wil continue working to develop the creative pieces of our brand," he said.
