INDIANAPOLIS -- Purdue takes on Butler in the evening game of the Crossroads Classic today at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Tip is scheduled for 6 p.m. Here's a look ahead at the matchup between the Boilermakers (8-2) and the Bulldogs (7-2).

  • Purdue and Butler played a common opponent during the Old Spice Classic in Orlando, Fla. Both teams faced then-No. 5 Oklahoma State. The Bulldogs lost by two to the Cowboys, while the Boilermakers nearly overcame a 52-29 halftime deficit, but lost 97-87.
