Victim of Saturday crash identified

A Fort Wayne man driving a stolen vehicle was identified as the victim of a traffic accident early Saturday in northern Allen County, the county coroner's office said today.

Travis Jacob Muller, 21, was pronounced dead at Parkview Regional Medical Center following the single-car crash at North Clinton Street and Brooks Road just after midnight, the coroner's office said in a statement.

Muller, who died from blunt-force trauma, is the 29th traffic fatality in Fort Wayne and Allen County during 2013, the statement said. It is not known whether he was wearing a seat belt.

The accident remains under investigation by Allen County police and the coroner's office.
