Steuben man faces 4 teen sex charges

Clark

A 38-year-old Steuben County man was arrested Friday night after an investigation into charges that he was having a sexual relationship with a teenage girl, Indiana State Police said.

State police said a third party filed a complaint with police in mid-October accusing Chad J. Clark of Hamilton Lake of engaging in sexual activity with the teenage girl since February.

After an investigation, Clark was charged with four felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, police said. They said he was arrested at his home without incident and was being held at the county jail without bail.
