Brad Sturges represented the landlord of Dupont Place Shopping Center in the lease of 5,197 square feet of retail space at 2886 Dupont Road. The tenant is Bagger Dave’s.

Karen Spake and Carolyn Spake-Leeper represented the seller, VCC LLC, and the buyer, the city of Fort Wayne, in the sale of 0.75 acre at 511 W. Superior St.

Spake and Spake-Leeper represented the seller, Andy Kurtz, and the buyer, the city of Fort Wayne, in the sale of 0.28 acre at 517 W. Superior St.

Alexander Genova recently represented the landlord of Research Drive Industrial Park and the tenant, Duesenburg Inc., in negotiating the following two leases for their business expansion.
