2 counties probe home-repair scams

Authorities in Kosciusko and Whitley counties want the public’s help in finding three Wabash County men accused of running home improvement scams.

Felony and misdemeanor warrants for Bobby Allison, 22, and his brother, Elvis Allison, 26, have been issued in Kosciusko and Whitley counties, according to a statement from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

A relative of the brothers, 29-year-old Tyson Allison, is wanted in connection with a scam reported Friday near Silver Lake in Kosciusko County. He was last seen driving a white Dodge Ram crew-cab pickup truck, possibly with Montana license plates.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the men is asked to call the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department at 574-267-5667 or the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department at 260-244-6410.
