David W. Dumas represented the landlord, Northbrook Village Shopping Center LLC, in the leasing of 2,921 square feet to tenant, Dance Tonight, at 1559 W. Dupont Road.

Dumas represented the landlord, 430 W. Coliseum LLC, in the lease of 7,800 square feet at 430 Coliseum Blvd. W. to tenant Jack Laurie Floors LLC.
