Operations leader named at VANIHCS

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has appointed Donald Faust as the associate director of operations at the Fort Wayne campus of the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System.

VA said Faust is a retired colonel with 21 years of health care-management experience with the Air Force and two years of experience in the private sector. He most recently was chief executive officer for the medical logistics division at Fort Detrick in Maryland.

Faust earned a bachelor’s degree from Buena Vista University in Iowa, majoring in management science and economics, and master’s degrees in business administration and health administration from the University of Iowa.
