Kurdish rebels: Turkey reforms not enough
The Associated Press
A rebel statement carried by the pro-Kurdish Firat news agency Tuesday said the reforms were "crumbs thrown" at Kurds and the group would issue a declaration on the issue next week.
The rebels have already said this month that they are suspending their planned pullout from Turkey into bases in northern Iraq as part of the peace talks, arguing that the government had not fulfilled promises to improve Kurdish rights.
The group says the proposed reforms unveiled on Monday showed that the government did not have the "mentality or capacity" for a resolution of the conflict.
