When: 1:30 p.m. Saturday

Where: Carl Burt Stadium, North Manchester

Radio: 89.5 FM

Scouting report: It was over almost before it began last week for Manchester, which trailed 34-0 at halftime en route to a 48-7 loss in its conference opener against Franklin. The Grizzlies threw for 350 yards and piled up 427 total yards, while the Spartans managed just 236 yards and rushed for only 51, averaging 1.1 yards per carry. Rose-Hulman, meanwhile, scored 20 points in the third quarter to claim a come-from-behind 23-19 win over Defiance. Ryan Landwehr completed 14 of 25 passes for 139 yards and touchdown for Rose-Hulman, which comes to North Manchester averaging 340 yards and 21 points per game. One good sign for Manchester: The Engineers have also turned the ball over eight times in three games, five of them fumbles. The game is part of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference-wide recognition of Samaritan’s Feet initiative. There will be wristbands for $10 each to raise money for the cause.
