Busche Enterprise Division Inc. of Albion said today it had been awarded a machining contract to make more than 400,000 flanges a year for Chrysler and Dodge products, and would create 24 jobs at its Plant 8 in Albion.

The order from Z.F. Industries of Marysville, Mich., is for the machining of Chrysler companion flanges for use in the Chrysler 300M, Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger, Busche said in a statement.

Pre-production approval is scheduled for January, with production beginning in July 2014, the statement said.
