Bethel United Methodist Church, 8405 Lima Road, will celebrate its 170-year anniversary Sunday. A potluck lunch will follow the 10:30 a.m. service, and an Old Time 1843 Christian Revival will be at 4:30 p.m.

Manchester University in North Manchester will have a program of dance, chanting and prayers featuring Tibetan monks at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the Wine Recital Hall. The program is sponsored by the Manchester University Peace Studies Institute and Tibetan Mongolian Buddhist Center in Bloomington.

Huntington University’s Center for Non-Western Studies will host a performance by Tibetan monks of the Tashi Kyil Monastery at 7 p.m. Friday in the Habecker Dining Commons on the college campus in Huntington.

•The Associated Churches of Fort Wayne and Allen County’s Active in Disaster ministry will have an informational meeting from 7 to 9 p.m. Sept. 25 at First Presbyterian Church, 600 E.
