'Coffee with Coats' set for Thursday

Sen. Dan Coats will be in Fort Wayne Thursday morning for a “Coffee with Coats” session with constituents.

The event, also dubbed “Facing Hoosiers,” is scheduled for 8:45 to 10 a.m. at the Aboite Township Trustee’s Office and Fire Department, 11321 Aboite Center Road.

The informal sessions allow Hoosiers to meet with Coats and discuss how some of the latest issues in Washington affect them, a news release from the senator’s office said. Coats can take the input and ideas back to Washington, the release said.
