Houseguest charged with burglary

After two burglaries were reported in Pulaski Township, the Williams County Sheriff’s Department searched the home of a man on parole who lives in the area.

The northwest Ohio sheriff’s department said a number of stolen items were found in the residence and charged visitor Travis L. Hicks, 22, of Baytown, Texas, who was at the home, with felony burglary.

More charges are possible in connection with the stolen items, the sheriff’s department said.
