Police seek suspect in parking-lot homicide


Fort Wayne police said today they are seeking the public's help to find a suspect wanted for questioning in connection with the homicide of a man in a Fairfield Avenue parking lot on Monday.

Police said they are seeking Jacinto A. Barrios, 31, wanted for questioning in connection with the homicide of Marco Antonio Vinas-Herran.

Vinas-Herran died from blunt-force trauma hours after being struck by a vehicle in the parking lot of Las Lomas Mexican Grill, 2202 S. Fairfield Ave.

Anyone with information about where to find Barrios is asked to call 427-1222 or Crime Stoppers at 436-STOP.
