A Fort Wayne man is looking at 12 years in prison for molesting five different girls.
Ramon Cervantes, 59, pleaded guilty Thursday in Allen Superior Court to four felony counts of child molesting and two felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.
Those charges stem from three separate cases, according to court documents.
Three 14-year-old girls told police in April that Cervantes molested them while at a Halloween haunt in October.
After his arrest, two more girls came forward with accusations that Cervantes molested them, according to court documents.
Cervantes’s guilty plea came as part of a deal with Allen County prosecutors.
The deal calls for Cervantes to be sentenced to four years in prison on each of the six counts he faces, but two years for every count is to be suspended.
That leaves him with a 12-year prison term and no less than five years’ probation when he’s released, according to a plea agreement.
A judge will decide whether to accept or reject the plea agreement at the end of next month, when Cervantes is scheduled to be sentenced.
