• “Galimoto,” a child’s program on creating wheeled toys out of wire and other recycled materials, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Allen County Public Library, 900 Library Plaza. “Craft Café” will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
