Prayer service for Cobbs set

St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, 729 W. Washington Blvd., is holding a prayer service at 7 p.m. tonight for Shawn, Windy and Breydon Cobb, the church has announced.

The community is welcome, the church said in its announcement.

The Cobb family, which was involved in a car accident in Florida on Wednesday night, are members of the church.

Shawn Cobb died at the scene of the Interstate 10 crash near Lake City, Fla. Windy Cobb remained in critical condition Friday, and Breydon Cobb has been hospitalized with head injuries, the church said.
