Keith Urban is coming back to “American Idol.”

Fox chairman Kevin Reilly on Thursday confirmed the return of the country music star, settling the fate of the only judge left from last season on the talent competition.

“He did a really good job last year,” Reilly said to a gathering of the Television Critics Association. “The fans really like him.”

But Reilly was mum on who would sit beside Urban at the judges’ table next season, which begins in January. Reilly said there have been discussions with Jennifer Lopez, a former judge, “but there is no deal with her or with anyone else.”

Out of hospital

Country music star Randy Travis is out of the hospital three weeks after he was admitted with congestive heart failure and later suffered a stroke.

A statement Wednesday says Travis has been discharged from The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano near Dallas, where he’d been admitted July 7 and has been moved to a physical therapy center for further treatment.

The 54-year-old singer developed the heart failure due to a viral illness.

More therapy

Lindsay Lohan has completed her court-ordered stay in rehab and must continue therapy into late next year, a judge said Wednesday.

The “Liz & Dick” star must meet with a therapist at least three times a week until November 2014, Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney said. That follows the treatment recommendation of Richard Taite, founder and CEO of Cliffside Malibu, the rehab facility where Lohan was recently residing.

Taite wrote Dabney a letter stating the need for Lohan to remain in therapy.

Lowe, Jones exiting

NBC’s “Parks and Recreation” is losing two of its cast members.

Rob Lowe and Rashida Jones will leave the series after the 13th episode of the upcoming sixth season.

They play characters Chris Traeger and Ann Perkins.

Jones has been on the series since its first episode. Lowe joined the show in Season 2.

This isn’t the first time Lowe has left a TV series before it went off the air. He left NBC’s “The West Wing” and ABC’s “Brothers and Sisters” after four seasons.
