Woman shot at bar parking lot

A woman shot outside Belvedere Lounge early Sunday morning was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

As the lounge, 6179 W. Jefferson Blvd., was closing at 3:07 a.m., security officers heard a gunshot from the parking lot, a Fort Wayne Police Department spokesman, John Chambers, said.

A woman was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound and was taken to a local hospital in serious condition, Chambers said.

No arrests have been made, he said.
