Clinton cut to one lane at MLK bridge

Drivers who usually take Clinton Street south into downtown are being urged to find alternate routes today.

City Utilities crews finished repairing a leak in a 24-inch water main just south of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Bridge Thursday night, but street restoration is expected to continue today.

That means raffic on Clinton will be restricted to one lane from Fourth Street to across the bridge. The leak was discovered early Thursday.
