6 bodies found in remote northern Mexico village

A Tuesday statement from Chihuahua state prosecutors says two of the victims found in the village of Mesa de la Reforma had been decapitated and all six were shot.
Prosecutors say four of the victims were wearing law enforcement uniforms and bulletproof vests but are not believed to have been police officers or soldiers.
The bodies were found Monday next to a pickup truck. Investigators also found more than 380 spent cartridges from automatic rifles.
The village is part of the town of Guadalupe y Calvo. That's in the "The Golden Triangle," an area used to grow marijuana and opium poppies.
