Dave Stemen and Steve Wesner represented the owner, Ronald L. Bonar, in the sale of the 4,520-square-foot retail building at 222 Pearl St. to Brendon Maxwell, 222 Pearl Street LLC.
Stemen represented the owner, the Donald C. Kowske Revocable Trust, and David Norton represented the buyer, CMSJ Holdings LLC, in the sale of the 1,700-square-foot office building at 206 Indiana 930 W., New Haven.
Wesner represented the landlord, Dymer Co. LLC, and Roger Koehlinger represented the tenant, Williams Electronics LLC, in the lease renewal of 1,800 square foot of industrial space at 5704 Industrial Road.
Koehlinger represented the landlord, the estate of Marjorie A. Hoover, and the tenant, Hansens Consolidated Time Service LLC, in the lease of 1,800 square feet at 2725 Lower Huntington Road.
