Karen Spake and Carolyn Spake-Leeper represented the landlord of Keystone Industrial Park and the tenant, Gracie Jiu Jitsu, in a 3,711-square-foot lease at 5421 Keystone Drive.

Spake and Spake-Leeper represented the landlord of Keystone Industrial Park and the tenant, Diamond Baseball & Softball Academy, in the lease renewal of 17,974 square feet at 5405-5405-A Keystone Drive.

Brad Sturges represented the seller, Lake City Bank, in the sale of 0.935 acre at 10505 Lima Road. The buyer was Professional Resource Development.

Alexander Genova represented the landlord of 431 Fernhill Ave. in the 7,435-square-foot industrial lease renewal for Coram Healthcare.
